Had an apple this morning and drank quite alot of milo :p
Funny think about going on a diet is that you’ll start thinking of food and places to eat. Suddenly I thought of like 10-15 over places to eat today. Brought the gang to Taman Sea for dinner at Restoran May Yin. Famous for its hokkien mee and lala. We ordered hokkien mee, fried rice, loh mee and lala. Food was good but I didn’t get to eat…SIEN! Only like drank some soup (which I’m not supposed to be doing so but what the heck!) and tasted some loh mee gravy.
Jumped on the weighing machine again but still looks the same….sigh. But my jeans is not so tight anymore. One more week to go before I take a 3 days break from this dieting. Going on holiday in Penang!! YES!











Hey dude! How in the world are you calculating the calories man? How is it that you seem to have more or less your exact calorie intake? Tell, man. Oh btw, your 2003 version was pretty inspirational. Hehhh.
