Makes Me Wonder
I just noticed something. Not sure if anyone else notice this too but there’s been plenty of road works going on. Many trunk roads have been re-tarred. No more bumpy road and no more shitty potholes…well at least for now.
Question is why?
Oh! Election is around the corner!!! That’s whyyyyy….
Perhaps this is the government’s way of providing better facilities to the public…
or maybe to encourage the public to vote.
Hmm…

Government wants to wrap up Muar hiphop rapper
The YouTube hiphop star rapper from Muar may face trouble with the government when he recently release yet another ‘hit’ number.
This time using our national anthem, ‘Negaraku’.
Namewee sang in a couple of cool chinese style rap MTVs and posted it on YouTube before. His creative talent got him some positive feedbacks and quite a number of negatives too.
His latest work is a rap song using our national anthem, ‘Negaraku’ as a background music stirred up some controversy here in Malaysia.
While some of us Malaysians may find it very creatively done but to the government, is a distastefully composed… the rap song of course.
Well, I honestly like the song and find it quite catchy but I have to agree that his version of ‘Negarakuku’ is not quite appropriate.

Asian Cup Post-Mortem
After all the hoo-haas and the hee-haas, I’m back in KL. Jakarta was fun but I guess I enjoyed my trip most in Bangkok. Missing out the food there, not to mention some pretty good looking Thai chics friends too… Hehe
Returning back to the mundane office life is not that easy. Having to wake up early and then to face the morning jam is such a dread. Worst of all, we’re about the face the wrath of the aftermath of Asian Cup.
Here’s a 10 things I’ve learned from the Asian Cup.
1) Vengeance is sweet. Iraq humiliated Saudi in the finals of Asian Cup making it a fairy tale ending for Iraq. Did not want Saudi to win for being so arrogant.
2) Although I hated the jams here in KL but after my Jakarta trip, I’m beginning to appreciate KL bumper to bumper hour.
3) You must watch what you eat whenever you’re travelling. Taking the wrong food may result in a free meal in the hospital instead.
4) Things work better when you are under pressure. But things get worse when you are pressured.
5) The ball is round. ANYTHING can happen.
6) Massage is a must agenda in your travelling schedule. No matter where you go, you must find a massage parlour.
7) Free hotel buffet is nice. Free hotel buffet everyday is a nightmare.
If you think you’re a total ass. No worries. Know that there’s some biggest asses out there. E.g. the football team that lost to Iraq.
9) It doesn’t matter where you come from. It’s where you’re going to that matters.
10) Lastly, whenever you’re assigned abroad. Make sure you get a local phone line. Roaming will slit your throat!
To all the Iraqis out there. Congrats!
