The Budget 2008 looks surprisingly good but the question is, will it last?

I’m sure you should know by now that there is no increment for sin taxes…hard to believe eh but it is true!

What I’m quite curious now is what’s gonna happen later?

As many rejoice over the goodies dished out in the 2008 Budget yesterday, the six million smokers in the country must also be heaving a huge sigh of relief.

My hunch tells me that there’ll be an increase in cigarette and petrol price AFTER the election. Let’s hope I’m wrong about this but past history tells me that my hunch could very much strike the jackpot
