If I Had Repunzel’s Hair

Remember Rapunzel, the Princess with long hair? I’m sure most of you will remember Rapunzel as well as I do. I used to adore this movie when I was a kid.

“Rapunzel” is a German fairy tale in the collection assembled by the Brothers Grimm, and first published in 1812 as part of Children’s and Household Tales. Since then, many adaptation has been made from this favourite tale.

November 2010 marks another revival of an old tale by Disney. Rapunzel will be back on the silver screen bringing you the voice of Mandy Moore as Rapunzel and Zachary Levi as Flynn Ryder.

The animated movie “Rapunzel” tells a tale of a long-haired Princess Rapunzel who had spent her entire life in a tower, but when she falls in love with a bandit who was passing by she must venture into the outside world for the first time to find him.

Now we all know about Rapunzel’s magical long hair that she use as a weapon, rope or whatever she can do with it. But have you ever wonder what if you had hair like Rapunzel? What would you do with it?

I obviously have thought a lot about it because I once had very long hair…black long hair, of course.

Back in those days when I still have my long hair :)

If I ever had Rapunzel’s hair, I would have got dreadlocks done. I’ve always wanted dreadlocks but never got the chance to do it. Long silky hair is nice but long, thick and entangled hair can be pretty cool too.

Each individual lock is long enough to turn into a deadly spear which I can use as a weapon in any adventure I’m about to embark. I’m sure I can find many other ways to use these dreadlocks too. It can be a very long whip…not one but many of them. I can even use my dreadlocks as a shield with all of them locks tied up together.

With a hair like this, my looks could kill. LOL

Now seriously, I can let my imagination runs wild here but lets not get too carried away.

Catch “Rapunzel: A Tangled Tale” in cinemas this November 25 and bring along your kids. It’s gonna be a great movie for the whole family.
