HP turns up the heat by summoning the HP Omen, a hardcore gaming PC that is packed with performance, portability and wicked style. As chilling as it may sound, the HP Omen is devilishly good looking.
The HP Omen is powered by the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M and Intel Core™ i7 Quad Core processor for high performance with stunning graphic. While most games are designed to run in full HD, the HP Omen offers a 15.6-inch diagonal, 1080p touch-enabled display – optimised for smooth frame rates with rich colours the way games are built to be seen.
The standard 128GB solid-state drive (SSD) enables games to load 2-3 times faster than conventional hard drives, while the optional 256GB and 512GB PCIe SSD drives will triple the load speed. Consumer will also have a choice of 8GB or 16GB DDR3, and graphic memory of 2GB or 4GB GDDR5 that will deliver fast, stutter-free frame rates and most of all, stunning graphics.
The HP Omen is cloaked in blackness with solid aluminum chassis, the HP Omen is optimised for pure gaming experience. It comes with a customisable backlit keyboard with seven zones of multicolour lighting and with six programmable function keys for accurate and faster keystroke. And with Beats Audio technologies and speakers, the HP Omen will bring your gaming experience to a whole new dimension.
At only 19.9mm thin and weighs no more than 4.68lb, the HP Omen is portable and sleek. Being the wicked one, it can surely handle the heat – the industrial design of HP Omen was engineered from ground up to manage thermals. With dual fans to pull cool air through the bottom of the system, pushing hot air through exhaust fans at the rear of the system. That keeps hot air away from the keyboard so it won’t burn your hands.
The Omen comes with a HP Omen Gaming Mouse X9000 and the HP Omen Gaming Backpack.
The HP OMEN is now available for order in Malaysia via hp.com/my/OMEN at a starting price of RM6,999 includes the NVIDIA GTX860M with 4GB GDDR5, Intel Core i7 Quad Core Processor, 16GB DDR3 system memory, and a 512GB SSD. The HP OMEN Gaming Mouse X9000 is priced at RM149 and the HP OMEN Gaming Backpack also at RM149.
What more can I say, U Mobile just gets better and better every day. The most dynamic and innovative telco is staying true to their commitment by extending their partnership with two leading network solutions providers – ZTE Corporations and Huawei Technologies.
U Mobile recently announced an aggressive expansion strategy to strengthen its network through the roll-out of 1,000 3G and 1,000 4G LTE sites worth up to RM1.5 billion of total investment. Through this partnership, both ZTE and Huawei are chosen to be the preferred partners to rollout U Mobile’s landmark network expansion due to their track record of being one of the leading global telecommunication solutions providers with extensive experience in the field and state-of-the-art technology and network.
I can understand why U Mobile is putting so much trust on their partners.
ZTE Corporation has a global presence in 160 countries, and is one of the industrial leaders in network technology innovation, delivering superior business products and business solutions to its clients around the world. Huawei Technologies on the other has well established end-to-end capabilities for various network carriers, enterprise and consumer markets by providing competitive solutions and services that have been deployed in over 170 countries and regions, serving more than one-third of the world’s population.
Huawei is also the first Chinese brand to enter Top-100 Interbrand list. That is quite an accomplishment..
U Mobile officially inked the partnership in the presence of YB Dato’ Sri Ahmad Shabery Cheek, Minister of Communication and Multimedia Malaysia, as well as Madam Ma Jia, Chargé d’affaires a.i. & Minister Counsellor, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia.
