Let The Game Of Life Begin

This is it! The stage is set, the players are ready and the celebration is on; so let the game begin! The FIFA World Cup trophy is also known as The Cup Of Life, hence I call the FIFA World Cup as the Game of Life. The FIFA World Cup, the most celebrated event is the world is happening tonight. Dreams have been realised and destroyed in the previous World Cup and now, 32 nations from 6 continents have fought grueling qualifying rounds and now gather back together to battle out for the most prestige title in football history.

Tonight we’ll see the kickoff match for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ between host nation South Africa and Mexico and I’ll be catching it live at Sportsville Cafe in Sunway Giza with a group of friends. There’ll be beers, music, pool and foosball game throughout the opening night.

If you haven’t catch the World Cup bug, lemme share some with you. *smiles*. The video below is one of the official song for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ by K’naan.

If you like this, you can download it here.

You may also like another theme song entitled Waka Waka – This Time Is Africa, sang by International songstress Shakira featuring Freshlyground (a South African Afro-fusion  band).

The celebration is on and everyone is picking up the Diski Dance, I too have been practising this dance and I thought I’d share it with everyone.

Make sure you watch the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™. It’s the biggest event in the world and it only happens every 4 years! The rest of the world is going crazy! Why not you too :) Wooo hooooo!

Louis Vuitton FIFA World Cup Trophy 2010 Travel Case

Ahead of 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™, Louis Vuitton unvealed a specially handmade travel case to hold football’s greatest prize, the FIFA World Cup trophy.

The meticulous designed travel case which measures 36 cm in height, weights 6.175 kg and made of solid 18-carat gold with a base of semi-precious malachite is specially commissioned by FIFA. The travel case is also fitted with Louis Vuitton’s signature brass lock and corners, and has a dark brown lining which brings out the rich gold of the FIFA World Cup trophy.

The LV trophy case is handmade by a single master craftsman in Louis Vuitton’s historic Asnières workshop near Paris, which opened in 1859.

The FIFA World Cup trophy, and it specially handmade LV case will be watched by many millions of people across the globe when it’s being presented at the final on 11th July in Johannesburg.

I especially love how the trophy case opens at the front and at the top to allow the Trophy to be removed easily.

This is one LV case you wanna own!
